This calls for concept notes describing weed, insect, and disease pests that would be good candidates for tracking with the PIPE systems (for example www.sbrusa.net). In addition to crop/pest combinations, any predictive modeling tools may be candidates for testing on the PIPE.
Although submissions will not confer any advantage or guarantee of funding in a subsequent grants program, the cumulative number, quality, and amounts suggested by concept submissions may be instrumental in helping USDA's Risk Management Agency determine how much funding to provide for expansion of the IPM PIPE.
