PPDC PRIA Process Improvement Workgroup Meets April 10, 2007

On Tuesday, April 10, 2007, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., EPA's Office of Pesticide Programs will hold a meeting of the Pesticide Program Dialogue Committee (PPDC) PRIA Process Improvement Workgroup. The objective of this workgroup is to identify and evaluate potential reforms to the pesticide registration process. The goal is to reduce the amount of time the Agency takes to process an application under the Pesticide Registration Improvement Act of 2003. In identifying process improvements, the Agency will not compromise the scientific quality of its assessments as a means towards reducing decision time review periods.

The meeting will be in the lobby level Conference Center of the Potomac Yards building, located at 2777 S. Crystal Drive (One Potomac Yard), Arlington, Virginia. For directions, please go to http://www.epa.gov/pesticides/contacts/officelocation.htm.
